A similar character bearing strong resemblance to Lien, called Pan, is responsible for being the "Arena Quartermaster" at the Arena's Redeem Shop. When the player enters the shop he will either say "Watch out, we got company." or "These are some quality items, worth a pile of gems at least." By clicking on his frame, the player can get many responses:
