Trivia

• Reina is possibly based on Sylvanas Windrunner, leader of the Forsaken from World of Warcraft. This is made more evident as in the original release of Heroes Charge where she used to cover her head with a hood very similar to Sylvanas'. This is also made more evident when comparing Reina with her DOT Arena counterpart, Noire.
• Her title was "Leaves Shadow" in the original release.
• This hero is based on the Dota 2 hero Drow Ranger
